What this is

Not a coffee-and-filing internship.

You will sit at the right hand of a founder and work on priorities that actually move the business. CEA is looking for students who can make progress when every step is not already mapped out.

Answer honestly rather than impressively. We are not looking for the most polished résumé—we are trying to understand where you could thrive.
